1. Choose the Right Formula

Choose C1 for strong, healthy hair or C2 for chemically treated hair. Before use, perform a strand test on a small section of hair to check how the hair reacts to the product.

2. Prepare the Hair

Wash the hair thoroughly without using conditioner. Towel-dry until damp, then divide the hair into 4 sections. Separate each section into smaller strands to ensure even application.

3. Apply Step 1 Straightening Cream

Wear gloves and apply the Straightening Cream to the hair section by section, keeping about 1 cm away from the scalp. Comb through the hair to spread the cream evenly.

4. Leave on According to Hair Type

Leave the cream on for the appropriate amount of time and check the hair's elasticity regularly.

• Strong or very curly hair: approximately 30–40 minutes
• Normal hair: approximately 20–30 minutes
• Chemically treated hair: approximately 10–15 minutes

5. Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse the hair thoroughly with clean water until all the cream is removed. Do not use shampoo. Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair completely.

6. Straighten the Hair

Divide the hair into small sections and use a hair straightener to straighten each section from roots to ends until the hair is smooth and straight.

7. Apply Step 2 Neutralizing Cream

After straightening, apply the Neutralizing Cream evenly throughout the hair. Comb through to distribute the cream evenly and leave it on for approximately 10 minutes.

8. Rinse and Care for the Hair

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and style as desired. After the straightening treatment, avoid washing, tying, or clipping the hair for approximately 3 days to help maintain the straightened result.

Important: Always read and follow the instructions on the product packaging carefully. Do not use on hair that is severely damaged, brittle, or prone to breakage.
